🆕 Mapping qualifiers for specifying how a course covers a requirement

In addition to mapping a requirement from an accreditation standard to a course, you can now specify how well the course covers the requirement using mapping qualifiers. For example, a course may cover a requirement partially (P) or comprehensively (C). When selected, the qualifiers show up as color-coded letter codes in the mapping table.

The qualifiers and their letter codes come from the accreditation standard being mapped, so they match the wording your accreditation body uses. If you'd like qualifiers set up for one of your standards, reach out to [email protected].

⚡ Additional keyboard shortcuts in mapping table

When editing or viewing a mapping table, you can now use the Home key to jump to the first column in the table, and the End key to jump to the last column in the table. This is handy for navigating large mapping tables.

🆕 Audit logging for account security and data sharing events

Nifty Accreditor now keeps a detailed log of account security activity for your team — logins, logouts, password changes, two-factor authentication changes, team membership changes, and access to password-protected shares — each with the time, location, and person responsible.

This gives your IT and security team a clear record of who did what and when, and helps support compliance requirements like HECVAT. If you'd like an export of your team's audit log, reach out to [email protected].
